On the Copacabana Full day tour, you will visit the highest navigable lake in the world. It is located 150 km from La Paz, at 3841 meters above sea level, on the shores of Lake Titicaca. It is an important tourist center.

The trip from La Paz lasts approximately 4 hours, along the way we will be able to visit the Strait of Tiquina, from this point we will board a boat to cross the lake. Once we have crossed the lake, we will have to take the bus again to continue the route to Copacabana.

This city is known for its customs and traditions, its main square has a beautiful basilica. Its architecture is a mix of baroque and Renaissance styles.

Its beach is one of the highest in the world, it is one of the most popular places for those who prefer water games. Another important place is El Calvario, a very visited attraction, since it has a series of crosses along the road and represent the 14 stations that Jesus traveled through. From its top it offers views of the city, its beaches and Lake Titicaca itself.

Copacabana Full day

We will start with the pick-up from your hotel, to go to the bus terminal.
We will make a stop at the Tiquina Strait, we will be able to visit the viewpoint.
We will arrive at Copacabana, we will visit the sanctuary.
We will have our lunch.
We will visit the Island of the Sun, origin of the legend of the Inca Empire.
We will walk through the temple of the sun, Pilkokaina and Yumani, which leads us to the fountain of eternal youth.
We will return to Copacabana, to board the bus to La Paz.
